- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Codejet platform ("Service") provided by Codejet Sp. z o.o. (full name: CODEJET SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, KRS 0000969922, NIP 8652579912, REGON 521920881), with its registered office at ul. Eugeniusza Kwiatkowskiego 9, 37-450 Stalowa Wola, Poland ("Codejet"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. - Definitions
- "Codejet" refers to Codejet Sp. z o.o., the owner and operator of the Service.
- "Service" means the Codejet platform and all related services provided by Codejet.
- "User" or "you" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Service.
- "Content" means any text, data, or information entered or uploaded by the User on the Service.
- Definitions
- Use of ServiceBy using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may only use the Service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for a user account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to immediately notify Codejet of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. - Intellectual Property Rights
Codejet acknowledges that all Content uploaded or entered by the User on the Service remains the property of the User, and Codejet does not claim any ownership rights over such Content. By using the Service, you grant Codejet a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, store, display, and transmit the Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. - Complaints
If you have any complaints or concerns about the Service, please contact Codejet at help@codejet.ai. Codejet will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any issues promptly. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Poland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation. - Changes to the Terms
Codejet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If any changes are made, Codejet will notify Users by email or through the Service. By continuing to use the Service after the changes are effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service. - Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with any additional terms and conditions or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Codejet concerning the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. - Contact Information
